## TRENTON MINOR SPORTS COMMUNITY CENTRE RENTAL POLICY
## Scope
This policy will apply to the rental of the Trenton Minor Sports Community Centre for the purposes of dances and is adopted under authority of Section 48(3) of the Municipal Government Act.
## Policy
1. The Trenton Minor Sports Community Centre shall rent the facility for the purposes of holding a dance at the specified rates to the groups listed below:

3. Non-profit Community Groups
4. (C) Private Rental
$ 800.00 plus HST
$ 700.00 plus HST
$1,000.00 plus HST
2. In all cases, the hiring of extra police personnel and/or security will be the sole responsibility of the group renting the facility. Further, it will be decided by the Rink Manager and the Chief of Police if extra sworn officers are required, and the group renting the facility will be advised.
3. All events that have a duration of more than one day will be negotiated with a representative of the Town of Trenton on a case by case basis.
