MUNICIPAL SERVICE STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS POLICY
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to update and adopt changes to By-law No. 32 Subdivision Bylaw for the Town
of Trenton per Section 211 of the Nova Scotia Municipal Government Act.
Policy
1. This policy updates Schedule "D" of By-law No. 32 Subdivision Bylaw for the Town of Trenton by
removing the "Town of Trenton: Engineering Specifications" in its entirety and replacing it with
"Municipal Service Standard Specifications".
2. In case of any conflict between the new Schedule "D" and the text of the Subdivision By-law No.32,
the standards in the new Schedule "D", Municipal Service Standard Specifications, shall prevail.
