## Scope
This policy will apply to all staff of the Public Works Department of the Town of Trenton.
## Policy
- Town vehicles and personnel are not to be used for the removal of snow from private residential driveways or parking lots except under the following circumstances:
- on request of an emergency response agency, (ambulance, fire, police) through the Police Dispatch Centre, the Public Works Department may clear an area sufficient to allow the emergency vehicle(s) to respond to the emergency.
