TOY 52 - Livestock Bylaw Town of Yarmouth LIVESTOCK BYLAW Effective: August 22nd, 2006 TOY 52 1.0 SHORT TITLE This Bylaw is entitled the "Livestock Bylaw" 2.0 In this Bylaw, "Livestock" means any horse, mule, donkey, sheep, goats, head of cattle or any other animal that Council, in its unfettered discretion, deems to be livestock. 3.0 The owner of Livestock shall immediately remove the Livestock feces from any public property or private property other than the property of its owner, and the failure to do so shall constitute a violation of this Bylaw. 4.0 Any person who contravenes any provision of this Bylaw is punishable on summary conviction by a fine of not less than $100.00 and not more than $500.00 and to imprisonment of not more than two months in default of payment thereof.
