## By-law 34-74
A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF FORT SMITH AND CONTROL THE USE OF FIREARMS AND FIRENORK WITHIN THE TOWN LIMITS PASSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 163.D OF THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE BEING CHAPTER 73 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE NORTHWEST
WHEREAS the indiscriminate use of firearms and fireworks within the Iown Limits is dangerous to the lives and
property of the town's citizens,
NOW THEREFORE The Corporation of the TOWn Of FOrt Smith at a duiy constituted meeting hereby enacts as follows:
- This By-law shall be known as the "Firearms and Fireworks Control By-Law".

- a. By an officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police or other duly authorized law enforcement officer,
