## HAMLET OF TULITA Bylaw #270-22
A BYLAW OF THE MUNCIPAL COPORATION OF THE HAMLET OF TULITA IN THE NORTHWEST TERRITORIES TO AMEND THE COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW 124-97
HEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Community Planning and Development Ac S. N.W.T 2011, c.22 and subsequent amendments thereto
AND WHEREAS the Hamlet of Tulita has enacted a Community Plan Bylaw 124-97
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed desirable to amend the Hamlet of Tulita Community Plan Bylaw 124-97 to allow for rezoning of a specific property:
NOW THEEFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Hamlet of Tulita in Council duly assembled enacts as follows:
## APPLICATION
1. That Lot 9, Plan 49 be rezoned from Recreation and Open Space to Community Commercial in the Community Plan Bylaw 124-97, Schedule 2.
3. That the Community Plan land Use Map be amended to show the property described above as Community Commercial.
2. That the bylaw be amended to reflect this change
4. This bylaw shall come into effect on the date of its final passage.
