<!-- image --> ## THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CHAPPLE (the "Municipality") By-Law 1835 WHEREAS the Province of Ontario has implemented a pilot project to allow for the use of Low-Speed Vehicles from July 1, 2017, ending June 29, 2024. AND WHEREAS Section 3(2) of Ontario Regulation 215/17, entitled Pilot Project Low-Speed Vehicles made under the Highway Traffic Act (R.S.O. 1990) states that no person shall drive a low-speed vehicle on a highway under the jurisdiction of a municipality except where it is permitted by a municipal by-law. AND WHEREAS Council of the Corporation of the Township of Chapple deems it necessary and expedient to permit the use of Low-Speed Vehicles on Municipal roads; THEREFORE the Council of the Township of Chapple enacts as follows: THAT Low-Speed Vehicles are hereby permitted on Municipal roads in accordance with Ontario Regulation 215/17 being a regulation made under the Highway Traffic Act (R.S.O 1990).
