# Frequently Requested By-laws
The following list includes Clarington's most commonly applied regulatory by-laws that affect residents and business owners in the Municipality.
If you cannot locate a by-law, please contact us or search our full database of by-laws. We will assist in providing you with the by-law you require. If you need a paper copy of one of the by-laws you may have to pay a small fee to obtain the document because of the size.
Additional Dwelling Unit
