# Accessibility and Other Plans
## Conservation And Demand Management Plan 2011-2016
Ontario's regulation for public agencies regulation came into force January 1, every year. In addition, public agencies will need to develop five-year energy conservation and demand management (cdm) plans by July 1, 2014. Public agencies will need to post five-year energy cdm plans starting in 2014. Plans must be updated every five years beginning in 2019.
Public agencies must make their annual energy reports and five-year energy cdm plans publically available on their websites and in hard copy.
