# By-Laws and Permits
The by-law enforcement department looks after all by-law enforcement and property standards issues. If you have a complaint regarding a By-Law or issue you believe the Municipality may be able to resolve, please complete the By-Law Complaint form below, and email it to [email protected] or deliver it by mail or in-person to the Deseronto Town Hall at 331 Main St. P.O. Box 310 Deseronto, ON K0K 1X0.
All complaints will be dealt with anonymously by the By-Law Enforcement Officer.
As of May 2020, By-law Enforcement Services will be handled by the By-Law Enforcement Services Board.

Please call the Town Hall at 613-396-2440 to reapply and make payment arrangements. Once your application/request and fee have been received, your burn permit will be processed.
