By-Laws are laws established by municipalities to ensure the safety, maintenance, and well-being of the community.
The Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville' s By-Laws reflect rulings and guidelines on matters including--but not limited to--building and planning, licenses, animals, garbage and recycling, and matters relating to the running of Municipal services and properties.
#### By-law Enforcement Services
The Municipal Law Enforcement Officer is dedicated to fostering a safe and informed community. This professional is tasked with addressing community concerns, investigating potential by-law violations, ensuring adherence to Township regulations and applicable Provincial Acts.

**Please note:** Concerns related to neighbor disputes and landlord-tenant interactions do not constitute violations of Municipal By-Laws and will not be addressed by the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer.
#### Matters Pertaining to Municipal Offenses
Furthermore, the Township has established an Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) in accordance with the Municipal Act. Please refer to the attached document labeled By-Law No. 2023-36 AMPS By-Law.

#### Matters Pertaining to Provincial Offenses
The Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville falls under the Provincial Offences Administration in the City of Sault Ste Marie. The Provincial Offences Office in the City of Sault Ste Marie provides support and administration services on behalf of regional municipal partners (Algoma District) and the Province of Ontario.
Accepts payments for common fines issued such as speeding tickets, liquor tickets, insurance fines, hunting and fishing fines as well as several other offences under the Provincial Offences Act.
