This plan serves as a framework for decision-making and resource distribution, enabling Elgin County to effectively serve you, our taxpayers, while also tackling future opportunities and challenges. Treat all individuals with dignity and courtesy. Acknowledge and appreciate diverse perspectives. Maintain confidentiality and privacy where appropriate. Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all County programs.
