## Elgin County By-Laws and Policies
By-laws are enacted by the County of Elgin to establish a record of laws that have been adopted by Council. By-laws ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents, businesses and visitors.
The documents developed for website presentation are not an official version of the By-Law. They are provided as a convenience document only. A copy of the official By-Law can be obtained by contacting the Administrative Services Department at our office.
