BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 2019~0061
(Ll~3) TO
LICENSE,
REGULATE AND GOVERN
SHORT~TERM RENTAL
ACCOMMODATIONS
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Georgina may,
pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.0. 2001, c.25. as amended, enact
bylaws
for the
licensing,
regulating
and
governing
of businesses
and
occupations in the Town of Georgina;
AND WHEREAS on October 09, 2019, Council enacted Bylaw No. 2019~
0061
(Ll~3)
to
License,
Regulate
and
Govern
Short~term
Rental
Accommodation within the Town of Georgina;
AND WHEREAS Council considers it appropriate to amend Bylaw Number
2019~0081 (Ll~3) as hereinafter set out;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Georgina
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT Appendix "B" to Bylaw No. 2019~0061 (LI~3) be deleted in its
entirety and replaced with Appendix "B" attached hereto.
2. THAT this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect on May 08, 2024.
READ AND ENACTED this 8" day of May, 2024.
