# By-laws By-laws and policies are adopted by Council to establish principles, rules, and regulations to guide future actions and govern the municipality's activities. Policies are either adopted by Resolution or by By-law, depending on statutory requirements and the matter it relates to. The below are some of the most requested by-laws.
