THAT** where a credit card, specifically Visa or Mastercard, is used to make online payments to Paymentus (Canada) Corporation that the credit card processing service fee be authorized to be charged in addition to the originating charge amount. **2. THAT** the following non-refundable service fees for credit card processing are authorized: **Fee:** 2.5% of the payment amount or $1, whichever is greater. Fee model by payment type for credit cards | Payment type | Fee model | | --- | --- | | Miscellaneous Government Services (TLA: CHMG) | Client fee | | Tax Payments and Accounts Receivable (TLA: HCON) | User fee | | Miscellaneous Non-Utility (TLA: HALU) | User fee | | Tax Payments and Tax Certificates (TLA: HCTP) | User fee | | Utility | User fee | **3. THAT** where a debit card is used to make online payments to Paymentus (Canada) Corporation that the debit card processing fee be authorized to be charged in addition to the originating charge amount. **4. THAT** the following non-refundable service fees for debit card processing, specifically Visa or Mastercard Debit, are authorized. **Fee:** 1.5% of the payment amount or $1, whichever is greater. THAT** the following non-refundable service fees for debit card processing, specifically Interac, are authorized. **Fee:** $1.95 per payment Fee model by payment type for debit cards (Interac) | Payment type | Fee model | | --- | --- | | Tax Payments and Tax Certificates (TLA: HCTP) | User fee | **6. THAT** despite Sections 1-5, inclusive, where an online payment is made to Paymentus (Canada) Corporation through digital wallets such as Google Pay or Apple Pay, that the processing service be authorized to be charged in addition to the originating charge amount. **7. THAT** the following non-refundable service fees for digital wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Pay processing are authorized. **Fee:** 2.5% of the payment amount or $1, whichever is greater.
