THAT** one-way traffic be designated as follows: Forfar Street East designation | Area | Street | Direction | From | To | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Caledonia | Forfar Street East | Eastbound | Argyle Street South | Berwick Street | **2. THAT**this by-law shall take precedence over any other by-law with which it is inconsistent **3.
