The City of Hamilton, along with community partners, have implemented an elevated standard of winter response, with ongoing availability of services over the winter months to better address the needs of people experiencing homelessness. **Services are available daily from December 1st to March 31st**, regardless of the temperature outdoors, and aim to provide a more effective response to the community's needs, specifically for individuals living unhoused. ## Overnight Drop-In & Evening Warming Spaces To offer increased protection and safety throughout the winter season, these enhanced supports will be offered annually: #### Mission Services Night Link 25 evening warming spaces for people of all genders Hours of operation: 5:30 pm to 11 pm, 7 days a week 196 Wentworth St. N, Hamilton Door 8, ON L8L 5V7 Call 905-528-4212 #### Mission Services Willow's Place 45 overnight warming spaces for women & gender diverse individuals Hours of operation: 9 pm to 9 am, 7 days a week 196 Wentworth St. N, Hamilton, ON L8L 5V7 Call 905-528-5100 ext.1200 #### YWCA Carole Anne's Place (CAP) 40 overnight drop-in spaces for women & gender diverse individuals Hours of operation: 6 pm to 1 pm, 7 days a week 75 MacNab St. S, Hamilton, ON L8P 3C1 Call 905-517-9326 For additional information related to services available, programs may be contacted using the contact information provided. **NOTE: These services are specific to additional supports in place December 1st to March 31st annually and hours are subject to change.** For information on ongoing, regular services and supports, please visit**Preventing & Ending Homelessness** and Cold Alerts & Community Response for further resources and information.
