# Strategic Plan
The 2023-2033 Strategic Plan: Blueprint for our Future was developed collaboratively with Council, Staff and the Community.
Vision
A unified, engaged and caring community that cultivates opportunities and embraces its rural lifestyle.
Mission
We deliver services that responsibly utilize resources, respect our environment and foster a community ready to shape its future.
## Integrated Master Plan
We need a well thought out roadmap if we are going to achieve our shared vision in the next ten years. The Integrated Master Plan is just that; a detailed, actionable roadmap for staff and Council to follow. The Integrated Master Plan is a living document that will be updated as projects are completed and new actions are added.
