# Public Conduct Policy
Individuals who have had a Restriction imposed upon them pursuant to the Public Conduct Policy, or who have received a Written Trespass Notice, may appeal the decision by submitting an appeal to the Township Clerk in writing and paying the applicable appeal fee using the link below in accordance with the Township's Fees and Charges By-law **within 10 business days** from the date the restriction or notice was issued.
Verbal Trespass Notices are not subject to appeal.
A decision will be made within 30 business days from the date the appeal was received and may confirm, rescind, or amend the restrictions or Written Notice.
**Please note**, any appeal received does not stay the operation of the Restriction or the Trespass Notice as applicable.
