The Corporation of the Town of LaSalle By-law Number 2026-009 A By-law to amend By-law 7852, as amended, being a By-law to establish User Fees or Charges for Services, Activities or the Use of Property Whereas By-law 7852 as amended, finally passed by Council on January 12, 2016, establishes a User Fees or Charges for Services, Activities or the Use of Property for the Town of LaSalle; And whereas, user fees are reviewed and amended from time to time; And where The Corporation of the Town of LaSalle deems it expedient to further amend the user fee schedule; Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of LaSalle hereby enacts as follows: 1. That the administrative fees and charges as outlined in Appendix A attached hereto and forming part of By-law 2026-010, shall be adopted and prescribed as the administrative fees or charges for the Town of LaSalle, and shall replace the corresponding schedules of By-law 7852. 2. That this By-law shall supersede any prior User Fee By-law. 3. That this By-law shall come into force on the final passing thereof.
