Asset Management Plan In order to qualify for Provincial Grants, the Ontario government now requires municipalities to have asset management plans in place. The Town of LaSalle's plan is reviewed and updated on an annual basis. Town of LaSalle Housing Needs Assessment Water Financial Plan As part of the Safe Drinking Water Act, municipalities are required to provide a financial plan to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing every five years. The next plan is due to be submitted by January 1, 2025.
