## THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LATCHFORD BY-LAW NO. 2023-025
## BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ANIMINAL CONTROL BYLAW NUMBER 2017-019
WHEREAS THE Corporation of The Town of Latchford deems expedient to amend the animal control bylaw number 2017-019.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Latchford hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the Corporation of The Town of Latchford amends the animal control by-law to amend or remove the following sections;
2. Section 2(a) and 3(a), to amend this section to include any animal to run at large within the the limits of the Town Of Latchford.
3. Section 2(c) and 3(c)) to amend this section to include. No person shall suffer, allow or permit any animal under his/her control or of which he/she is the owner to trespass on private property unless permission for said trespass if first obtained form the property owner or occupier.
4. That this bylaw-comes in force and effect upon passing
5. Schedule A to update fines schedule to include any animal running at large.
