## THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LATCHFORD
## BY - LAW NO. 2023-014
BEING a BY-LAW to regulate parking of vehicles on roads within the Town of Latchford.
WHEREAS Section 11(3) of the Municipal Act S.O.2001 as amended authorises a municipality to pass by-laws respecting highways, including parking and traffic on
WHEREAS Section 63(1) of the Municipal Act S.0.2001, as amended, states that if
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and in the best interest of The Corporation of The Town of Latchford to adopt s by-law to regulate he parking of vehicles on roads within the Town of Latchford
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Latchford enacts as follows:
- 1- No person shall park a vehicle on both sides of Sullivan Avenue form the corner of Sullivan to the corner of Mitchell Street within the Town of Latchford.
2. Every person who contravenes any provision of this bylaw is guilty of an offence and upon conviction is liable to a fine as provided for by the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O.1990, Chapter P.33, amended.
3. By-law No 2023-014 comes into effect on passing of the by-law
READ a first and second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of May 2023.
