## Middlesex County Official Plan
On July 19th, 2022, County Council adopted Amendment No. 3 to the County of Middlesex Official Plan. Amendment No. 3 was approved by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing with Modifications on July 7th, 2023.
## Official Plan Update
Middlesex County is in the process of updating its Official Plan to ensure that the land use planning policies are current, reflect updated Provincial policy, and reflect changing community needs for the next 25-years.
