Policy # Development Charge Grants for Eligible Non-Profit Developments Policy Development charge grants provide financial assistance equivalent to City of Mississauga development charges paid for the development or redevelopment of Non-profit Long-Term Care Homes, Hospices, Shelters and Transitional Housing.
