The City of Mississauga is proposing to amend the Zoning By-law for Protected Major Transit Station Areas (PMTSAs), as follows:
* Introduce new Urban Apartment Zones
* Update the zoning on certain lands in accordance with Official Plan land use designations
* Amend minimum and maximum heights and densities for residential and mixed-use buildings

The City of Mississauga is proposing to amend Zoning By-law 0225-2007 to implement the findings of the Ridgeway Plaza Parking Study and the Interim Control By-law review. The proposed Zoning By-law amendment will establish a new Ridgeway Special Area within Part 2 - General Provisions of the Zoning By-law to introduce coordinated, area-wide regulations for restaurant and related non-residential uses.
