THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MULMUR
BY-LAW NO. 43-2005
A BY-LAW TO CONSOLIDATE THE BY-LAWS THAT REGULATE TRAFFIC ON
ROADS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MULMUR
(TRAFFIC BY-LAW)
WHEREAS the Township of Mulmur wishes to obtain greater efficiency in the administration
of the traffic regulations on the Township roads it is deemed expedient to consolidate all traffic
by-laws:
AND WHEREAS Subsection 1 of Section 128 of The Highway Traffic Act (R.S.O. 1990,
Chapter H.8) states that no person shall drive a motor vehicle at a rate of speed different than 80
kilometres per hour on a highway not within a built-up area or greater than 50 kilometres per
hour on a highway within a built-up area;
AND WHEREAS Subsection 2 of Section 128 of The Highway Traffic Act (R.S.O. 1990,
Chapter H.8) authorizes the Council of a municipality to pass a by-law prescribing a rate of
speed different from the rate set out in subsection (1);
AND WHEREAS Subsection 3 of Section 128 of The Highway Traffic Act (R.S.O. 1990,
Chapter H.8) authorizes the Council of a municipality to pass a by-law prescribing a rate of
speed 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100 kilometres per hour;
AND WHEREAS Subsection 7 of Section 122 of The Highway Traffic Act (R.S.O. 1990,
Chapter H.8) as amended provides that:
The Municipal Corporation or other authority having jurisdiction over a highway may by
by-law designate the date on which a reduced load period shall start or end and the
highway or portion thereof under its jurisdiction to which the designation applies.
AND WHEREAS Subsection 2 of Section 123 of The Highway Traffic Act (R.S.O. 1990,
Chapter H.8) authorizes the Council of a municipality to pass a by-law limiting the gross vehicle
weight of any vehicle or any class thereof passing over a bridge;
AND WHEREAS Section 5 (3) of The Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, provides that
municipal powers shall be exercised by by-law;

WHEREAS Section 11(2) of The Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, as amended,
provides that municipalities may pass by-laws respecting matters within their spheres of
jurisdiction;
AND WHEREAS the first sphere of jurisdiction is "Highways, including parking and traffic on
highways;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to prohibit or regulate the obstructing, encumbering,
injuring or fouling of highways or bridges and the throwing, placing or depositing of refuse or
debris on private property of the municipality or any local board thereof without authority from
the owner of such property.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF MULMUR ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
ENFORCEMENT:
1.
(1)
The provisions of this by-law shall be enforced by the Ontario Provincial Police.
(2)
The provisions of Sections 7 and 8 may be enforced by the Provincial Offences
Officers.
INTERPRETATION:
2.
(1)
In this by-law:
(a)
"Act" means the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. Chapter H.8 as amended;
(b)
"bicycle" includes a tricycle having a wheel or wheels of more than 60
centimetres in diameter;
(c)
"built-up area" generally defined as an area were there is a municipal
road allowance with a minimum of 10 residences located within a 100 acre
Township lot;
(d)
"commercial motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle having permanently
attached thereto a truck or delivery body and includes ambulances,
hearses, casket wagons, fire apparatus, busses and tractors used for
hauling purposes on the highways;
(e)
"community safety zone" means a highway or part(s) of a highway
designated as such by by-law of a municipality where traffic fines have
been increased for violations committed, and every such highway shall be
marked by signs as prescribed in regulations under the Highway Traffic
Act;
(f)
"crosswalk" means

(i)
that part of a highway at an intersection that is included within
the connections of the lateral lines of the sidewalks on opposite
sides of the highway measured from the curbs, or in the absence
of curbs, from the edges of the roadway, or
(ii)
any portion of a roadway at an intersection or elsewhere
distinctly indicated for pedestrian crossing by signs or by lines or
other markings on the surface of the roadway;
(g)
"department head" means the head of the public works department for
the Township of Mulmur;
(h)
"disabled person" means an individual who is unable to walk unassisted
for more than 200 metres without great difficulty or danger to his or her
health or safety and has been issued a disabled person's parking permit by
the Ministry of Transportation which is valid and which is used and
displayed in accordance with the regulations under the Highway Traffic
Act;
(i)
"heavy truck" means a motor vehicle or combination having a registered
gross weight, actual gross weight, or a manufacturer's gross weight greater
than 4,500 kilograms;
(j)
"highway" includes a common and public highway, street, avenue,
parkway, driveway, square, place, bridge, viaduct or trestle, any part of
which is intended for or used by the general public for passage of vehicles
and includes the area between the lateral property lines thereof;
(k)
"intersection" means the area embraced within the prolongation or
connection of the lateral curb lines or, if none, then of the lateral boundary
lines of two or more highways that join one another at any angle, whether
or not one highway crosses the other;
(l)
"motorcycle" means a self-propelled vehicle having a seat or saddle for
the use of the driver and designed to travel on not more than three wheels
in contact with the ground, and includes a motor scooter but does not
include a motor-assisted bicycle;
(m)
"motor vehicle" includes an automobile, motorcycle, motor assisted
bicycle unless otherwise indicated in the Act, and any other vehicle
propelled or driven otherwise than by muscular power, but does not
include a street car, or other motorized vehicles running only upon rails, or
a motorized snow vehicle, traction engine, farm tractor, self-propelled
implement of husbandry or road-building machine within the meaning of
the Act.

(n)
"official sign" means any sign or roadway, curb or sidewalk marking or
other device placed or erected on a highway under the authority of this by-
law and specified in the Ontario Traffic Manual or otherwise approved by
Council for the purpose of regulating, warning and guiding traffic;
(o)
"park" or "parking" when prohibited means the standing of a vehicle,
whether occupied or not, except when standing temporarily for the
purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading
merchandise or passengers;
(p)
"pedestrian" includes a person in a wheelchair and a child in a baby
carriage;
(q)
"pedestrian crossover" means a pedestrian crossover as defined in the
Act;
(r)
"police officer" means a member of the Ontario Provincial Police Force;
(s)
"public vehicle" means a motor vehicle operated on a highway by, for or
on behalf of any person for the transportation for compensation of
passengers, or passengers and express freight that might be carried in a
passenger vehicle, but does not include the cars of electric or steam
railways running only upon rails, taxicabs, car pool vehicles, nor motor
vehicles operated solely within the corporate limits of one urban
municipality;
(t)
"rally" means a contest in which two or more persons attempt to operate
their motor vehicles on a highway so as to:
(i)
complete a designated route in accordance with a set of
instructions or;
(ii)
to complete a designated route in a specified period of time or;
(iii)
to complete a designated route in accordance with a set of
instructions and in a specified period of time or;
(iv)
to reach a destination within a specified period of time.
(u)
"roadway" means that part of the highway that is improved, designed or
ordinarily used for vehicular traffic, but does not include the shoulder,
and, where a highway includes two or more separate roadways, the term
"roadway" refers to any one roadway separately and not to all the
roadways collectively;
(v)
"school bus" includes a vehicle operated by the Upper Grand School
Board and the Dufferin Peel Separate School Board; designed and
operated for the purpose of carrying passengers;

(w)
"school days" means any Monday to Friday inclusive, when school is in
session;
(x)
"special event" includes religious or community gatherings, television or
commercial productions filming, sporting, or social events, and any other
event which the Department Head deems to be a special event;
(y)
"stand" or "standing" when prohibited means the halting of a vehicle,
whether occupied or not, except for the purpose of, and while actually
engaged in receiving or discharging passengers;
(z)
"stop" or "stopping" when prohibited means the halting of a vehicle even
momentarily, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or
except in compliance with the directions of a constable or other police
officer or of a traffic control signal or sign;
(aa)
"through highway" means a highway or part of a highway designated as
such by by-law of a municipality, and every such highway shall be marked
by a stop sign or yield right-of-way sign in compliance with the
regulations of the Ministry;
(bb)
"traffic control signal" means a signal light traffic control system
specified in Section 144 of the Act, operated for the regulation and control
of both vehicular and pedestrian traffic;
(cc)
"U-turn" means the turning of a vehicle within a highway so as to
proceed in the opposite direction;
(dd)
"vehicle" includes a motor vehicle, trailer, traction engine, farm tractor,
road-building machine and any vehicle drawn, propelled or driven by any
kind of power, including muscular power, but does not include a
motorized snow vehicle or a street car;
(2)
Where any expression of time occurs or where any hour or other period of time is
stated, the time referred to shall be standard time except in periods when daylight
saving time is in effect, in which periods it shall be daylight saving time.
TRAFFIC SIGNS AND SIGNALS:

(1)
The Department Head is authorized to place or erect and to maintain such official
signs and traffic control signals as are required to give effect to the provisions of
this by-law or as required to warn or guide traffic for the safety or convenience of
the public.

(2)
No person shall place, maintain or display upon or in view of any highway any
sign, signal, marking or device which purports to be or is an imitation of or
resembles an official sign or traffic control or which conceals from view or
interferes with the effectiveness of an official sign or traffic control signal.
(3)
The Department Head is authorized to erect emergency "No Parking" signs:
(a) when in his or her opinion an emergency has arisen making it desirable to
prohibit parking on a highway,
(b) to facilitate the removal of snow, ice or debris from a highway, and
(c) to facilitate the construction or repair of roads, curbs, gutters, sewers and
watermains.
(4)
Emergency "No Parking" signs shall be erected at least one hour before the event
commences, and shall be removed within one hour of the termination of the
event.
(5)
No operator of a vehicle approaching a green signal light at an intersection shall
enter the intersection unless traffic in front of him/her is moving in a manner that
would reasonably lead him/her to believe they can clear the intersection before
the signal light turns red.
(6)
Subsection (5) does not apply to the operator of a vehicle who enters an
intersection for the purpose of turning to the right or left into an intersecting
highway and signals their intention to make such turn prior to entering the
intersection.
(7)
The Department Head may approve the temporary removal of "No Parking" and
"No Stopping" signs for events, which in the opinion of the Department Head are
deemed as special events.
MISCELLANEOUS DRIVING RULES:
4.
(1)
The driver or operator of a vehicle emerging from a driveway, laneway or
building onto a highway shall bring the vehicle to a full stop immediately before
driving onto a sidewalk or footpath, and upon proceeding shall yield the right-of
way to pedestrians upon the sidewalk or footpath.
(2)
No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon a sidewalk or footpath except for the
purpose of directly crossing the sidewalk or footpath.
(3)
No person shall drive a motor vehicle over a raised curb except at a place where
there is a ramp designed for that purpose.

5.
(1)
Except where traffic control signals are in operation or where traffic is being
controlled by a police officer, a pedestrian crossing a highway at a place other
than a pedestrian crossover shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles upon the
roadway, but nothing in this Section shall relieve the driver of a vehicle from the
obligation of taking all due care to avoid a collision.
(2)
No pedestrian shall proceed over or go under a barrier installed on a sidewalk for
the purpose of prohibiting pedestrian movement.
(3)
No person shall play or take part in any game or sport upon a roadway that has
speed limit in excess of 50 km/hr.
(4)
No person on roller skates, or riding in, or by means of, any coaster, toy vehicle or
similar device, shall travel on the roadway except to directly cross the roadway.
REGULATIONS FOR BICYCLES
6.
(1)
A person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near the right-hand
side of the roadway as practicable and shall exercise due care when passing a
standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.
(2)
Persons operating bicycles upon a roadway shall ride in single file.
(3)
No person operating a bicycle shall carry any package, bundle or article which
prevents the rider from keeping both hands on the handlebars.
(4)
No person shall park a bicycle on a highway except in such a manner as to cause
the least possible obstruction to pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
GENERAL STOPPING AND PARKING REGULATIONS
7.
(1)
No person shall park or stop any vehicle on any highway or portion thereof except
as follows:
(a)
where there is a raised curb, on the right side of the roadway, having regard
to the direction such vehicle was proceeding, with its right front and rear
wheels parallel to and not more than 0.15 metres out from such curb; and
(b)
where there is no curb or a rolled curb, with the right front and rear wheels
parallel to and as near to the right-hand limit of the highway as is
practicable without stopping or parking over a sidewalk or footpath or over
any part of a highway where grass is grown or which is not intended for the
use of vehicles.
(2)
No person shall stop a vehicle on a highway in any of the following places:

(a)
on or over a sidewalk, footpath or crosswalk;
(b)
within an intersection;
(c)
within a designated pedestrian crossover;
(d)
within 9 metres of a pedestrian crossover;
(e)
alongside or across the highway from any excavation or obstruction in the
roadway when the free flow of traffic would thereby be impeded;
(f)
on the roadway alongside of any stopped or parked vehicle;
(g)
upon any bridge or within any tunnel or underpass.
(3)
No person shall sell, or offer for sale by retail, any goods if the place of offering
or sale is on a highway under the jurisdiction of the Township.
(4)
No person shall park a vehicle on a highway:
(a)
for a longer period of time than three hours;
(b)
between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(c)
in front of or within 6 metres of a driveway or laneway along a roadway
where the speed zone is higher than 50 km/hr and in front of or within 3
metres of a driveway or laneway, along a roadway where the speed limit is
50 km/hr or less or so as to obstruct vehicles in the use of a driveway or
laneway;
(d)
within 3 metres of a point on the edge of the roadway and nearest a fire
hydrant;
(e)
within 9 metres of an intersection as measured from the end of the corner
radius;
(f)
on any roadway having an overall width of less than 6 metres;
(g)
in such a position as will prevent the removal of any other vehicle
previously parked;
(h)
for the purpose washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except for such
repairs as have been necessitated by an emergency;
(i)
for the purpose of displaying the vehicle for sale;
(j)
in such a manner as to interfere with the movement of traffic or the
clearing of snow from the highway; and
(k)
on a roadway directly opposite a vehicle stopped or parked on the other
side of the roadway, where the width of the roadway is less than 9 metres.
(5)
Where official no parking signs are erected and are on display, no person shall
park any vehicle on any highway;
(a) within 9 metres of an intersection as measured from the end of the corner
radius;
(b) within 7.5 metres of the lot lines of any fire hall on the side of the highway on
which the fire hall is located or within 30 metres of the projected lot lines of
such a fire hall on the opposite side of the roadway;
(c) upon that side of a highway contiguous to any school property, between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive;

(d) along a road where an Emergency "No Parking" prohibition is in effect.
STOPPING AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS ON CERTAIN
HIGHWAYS
8.
(1)
Where official "No Parking" signs are erected and are on display no person shall
park a vehicle at the side of any highway and between the limits set out
respectively in Schedule "A" to this by-law, Columns 1, 2, 3, and 4.
(2)
Where official "No Stopping" signs to that effect are erected and are on display,
no person shall stop a vehicle at the side of any highway between the limits set
out respectively in Schedule "B" to this by-law, Columns 1, 2, and 3 during the
prohibited times or days set out in Column 4 of the said Schedule.
(3)
Where a parking stall designated for use by disabled persons is designated for
parallel parking, the Rc-6 sign shall be erected adjacent to the stall within its
longitudinal limits such that it is clear to which the stall designation applies, but
not so as to interfere with access to and from parked vehicles.
STOP SIGNS AND YIELD SIGNS
9.
(1)
The intersection set out in Schedule "C" to this by-law, Column 1 are designated
as intersections where stop signs shall be erected facing traffic moving in the
direction and on the highway set out in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
(2)
The intersection set out in Schedule "D" to this by-law, Column 1 are designated
as intersections where yield signs shall be erected facing traffic moving in the
direction and on the highway set out in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
(3)
The intersections set out in Schedule "E" to this by-law are designated as
intersections where traffic control signals shall be erected.
REDUCED LOADS
10.
(1)
The reduced load period shall occur annually, commencing on the 1st day of
March and ending on the 31st day of May each year.
(2)
Reduced load periods shall apply to all highways under the jurisdiction of the
Township of Mulmur.
(3)
During reduced load periods, it constitutes an offence for a person to operate,
draw or haul a motor vehicle or trailer, where the weight upon any one axle of
the vehicle exceeds five thousand (5,000 kg) kilograms.
(4)
The Department Head is delegated authority to:

(a)
Post signage designating such highways as restricted to reduced loads
during reduced load periods.
(b)
Alter reduced load periods where the conditions of the highway is such
that there is risk / is no risk of damage to the highway if the reduced
load is not imposed.
(c)
Issue permits of exemption and stipulate conditions or security deposits
for damages to highways, as necessary, prior to the issuance of a permit
to protect road infrastructure pursuant to Section 11 of this by-law.
PERMITS
11.
(1)
Upon application in writing, a permit may be granted to a person to permit the
moving of heavy trucks, vehicles, loads, objects or structures in excess of the load
restrictions set out in this By-law during reduced load periods.
(2)
A non-refundable administrative fee, as determined from time to time by Council,
applies to any application for a permit under Section 11(1) above.
(3)
Permits issued under 11 (1) shall be effective only for the time period specifically
set out for that permit, and for the particular highway or Highways set out for that
permit. The exemption granted by 11 (1) applies strictly and solely to the
highways and times prescribed by the permit itself.
(4)
The Department Head may impose any other reasonable conditions with respect to
the permit referred to in 11 (1), including but not limited to:
(a)
the protection of persons and/or property from injury or damage;
(b)
the protection of structural integrity of the highway; and
(c)
the prevention of any further damage to the structure of the highway,
persons or property; and
(d)
the requirement to post a bond or provide other securities sufficient to
cover the cost of repairing any possible damage to a highway.
(5)
It is deemed to be a condition of every permit issued that the original of the permit
be carried in the vehicle for which the permit was issued and be produced when
demanded by a police officer or an officer appointed for carrying out the
provisions of this By-law. Failure to comply with this condition constitutes an
offence.
HEAVY TRUCKS
12.
(1)
Except as provided in Section 14 on this By-law when authorized signs, as
regulated under the Highway Traffic Act to that effect are erected, no personal
shall move, drive, park or operate a heavy truck on the highways set out in
Schedule "K".

(2)
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the highways outlined in Schedule "K" will still
be covered by axle restrictions (half loads) in accordance with Section 10 of this
by-law.
HIGHWAY DAMAGE
13.
Any person who contravenes Sections 10 or 11 of this By-law is liable for the
damages caused to the highway as a result of that contravention, in addition to,
and not in substitution for, any penalty imposed for committing an offence
pursuant to this By-law.
EXEMPTIONS
14.
(1)
Section 10 and Section 12 of this by-law shall not apply to:
(a)
any vehicle engaged in making a delivery to or a collection from premises
which cannot be reached except by way of a highway or a portion of
highway referred to in the said section, provided that in making such a
delivery or collection, the said highway or portion of highway is travelled
only insofar as is unavoidable in getting to and from such premises.
(b)
any vehicle engaged in leaving from or returning to the said vehicle
owner's and/or operator's principle residence provided that in so leaving
from or returning to their principal residence, the said portion of highway
that is used is travelled insofar as is unavoidable in getting to and from
such premises and provided such storage of their vehicle is permitted
under the Township's Zoning By-law and provided that the truck is not
loaded.
(c)
vehicles operated by or on behalf of the Township of Mulmur or other
authority having jurisdiction and control of a highway.
(d)
emergency vehicles.
(e)
public utility vehicles including vehicles delivering liquid or gaseous
heating fuel.
(f)
a person operating a vehicle under an exemption permit issued by the
Township of Mulmur.
SPEED LIMITS
15.
(1)
The maximum rate of speed on any Township road shall be 80 kilometres
per hour, except where official signs have been erected and are on display
in accordance with the maximum rates of speed prescribed in Subsections
(2), (3) and (4) of this Section.

(2)
When the highways set out in Schedule "F" to this by-law, between the
limits set out respectively in Columns 1 and 2 of the said Schedule, have
official signs erected and on display in compliance with the Regulation of
the Act, the maximum rate of speed thereon shall be 50 kilometres per
hour.
(3)
When the highways set out in Schedule "G" to this by-law, between the
limits set out respectively in columns 1 and 2 of the said Schedule, have
official signs erected and on display in compliance with the Regulations
of the Act, the maximum rate of speed thereon shall be 60 kilometres per
hour.
(4)
When the highways set out in Schedule "H" to this by-law, between the
limits set out respectively in Columns 1 and 2 of the said Schedule, have
official signs erected and on display in compliance with the Regulations
of the Act, the maximum rate of speed thereon shall be 70 kilometres per
hour.
COMMUNITY SAFETY ZONES
16.
(1)
The highway or portion of highways set out in Schedule "I" of this by-law,
between the limits set out in Columns 1 and 2 during the times or days set
out in column 3 of said schedule, are designated Community Safety
Zones.
(2)
Every person who is convicted of an offence pursuant to the Highway
Traffic Act is subject to an increased fine as provided by the Act.
OBSTRUCTION OR FOULING OF HIGHWAYS
17.
(1)
No person shall encumber, obstruct, foul or place any material or waste on
a highway.
(2)
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the obstruction or
fouling of a highway includes:
(a)
the building or maintaining of a fence on a highway;
(b)
the depositing of snow or ice on a highway;
(c)
the depositing of large refuse containers or bulk containers on a
highway;
(d)
the depositing of construction or landscaping materials on a
highway.

(3)
No person shall unload, deposit or spread sewage, sludge or material
described generally as biosolids from a municipal road or property.
(4)
No person shall throw, deposit or distribute any refuse, debris or sewage
sludge on private property or on property of a municipality or any local
board thereof without the written authority of the owner of any such
property.
RALLIES
18.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle or permit a motor vehicle to be operated
on a highway in the Township for the purpose of participating or competing in a
rally.
BRIDGE WEIGHT RESTRICTION
19.
The bridges as listed in Schedule "J" to this by-law, as set out in Column 1, shall
have the weight restrictions as listed in Column 2, with official signs erected and
on display in compliance with the Regulation of the Act.
GENERAL
20.
(1)
This By-Law applies only to highways forming part of the road system under the
jurisdiction of the Township.
(2)
Sections 4(2), 4(3), 4(4), 7(1), 7(2), 7(3), 7(4), 7(5), 7(6), 7(8), 7(9), 8, and 11,
shall not, if compliance therewith would be impracticable, apply to:
(a)
ambulances, police or fire department vehicles or public utility emergency
vehicles;
(b)
vehicles actually engaged in works undertaken for or on behalf of the
Township or on behalf of a public transit vehicle; or
(c)
public transit vehicles.
(3)
Schedules referred to in this by-law shall form part of this by-law and each entry
in a Column of each Part of a Schedule shall be read in conjunction with the entry
or entries across there from and not otherwise.
PENALTIES
21.
(1)
Every person who contravenes any provision of this by-law, other than Sections 6,
9, 10, and 15, is guilty of an offence and upon conviction is liable to a fine as
provided for in the Provincial Offences Act.

(2)
Every person who contravenes any provision of Sections 6, 9, 10 and 15 is guilty
of an offence and upon convictions is liable to a fine as provided for in the
Highway Traffic Act.
PROVINCIAL OFFENCES ACT
22.
(1)
Part II of the Provincial Offences Act R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.33, as amended,
applies in respect of all parking infractions under this by-law.
(2)
The Clerk of the Township may specify in writing a designate for the purposes of
Section 20 of Part II of the said Provincial Offences Act as amended.
(3)
All such penalties prescribed under Section 13 shall be recoverable under the said
Provincial Offences Act, as amended.
VEHICLE TOWING
23.
(1)
In addition to any other penalties provided for in this by-law, a member of the
Ontario Provincial Police Force, or a Provincial Offences Officer may, where a
motor vehicle is parked or stopped in contravention of Sections 7 and 8 of this by
law, cause that motor vehicle to be removed, taken away and stored in a suitable
place.
(2)
All cost and charges incurred for removing, taking away and storing a motor
vehicle pursuant to Subsection (1) of this Section, shall be a lien upon the motor
vehicle, which lien may be enforced in the manner prescribed by Section 4 of The
Repair and Storage Liens Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter R.25, as amended.
24.
A by-law to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the
jurisdiction of the Township of Mulmur.
25.
This by-law shall come into force and effect on the 1st day of January, 2006.
26.
By-Laws are hereby repealed; No. 9-63, No. 21-67, No. 20-68, No. 32-79, No.
37-79, No.38-79, No. 20-80, No. 45-94, No. 4-99, No. 28-00, No. 28-02, No. 9-
