Council's Strategic Plan for 2022-2026 to address the challenges that we will face over the next few years. The Plan details the highest level of direction for the Town of New Tecumseth going forward.
People are passionate about the communities they live in because of their characteristics. We want to enhance the characteristics that make the Town of New Tecumseth a place where people want to live, work and play.
The four strategic priority areas include:
* Economic Vitality: Manage growth in a manner that diversifies the industrial and commercial base, and maintains the current balance between rural and urban lands
* Good Governance: Develop a 'unified Town,' comprised of strong and active communities
* Community Engagement: Improve community engagement through enhanced customer service and communications
* Environmental Sustainability: Lead in promoting and preserving our unique physical environment
Strategic Plan Report card
The Strategic Plan Report card will update to Council on the progress on the Plan and reviews strategic actions going forward.
