CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS
By-law No. 2003 - 35
A By-law to set fees for lottery licensing.
WHEREAS Order in Council 2688/93 approved by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor on the 27'h
day of October 1993, provides for Municipal Licencing of Lotteries for charitable and religious
purposes;
AND WHEREAS since the passing ofBy-law No. 98-68 there have been minor changes to lottery
licensing fees that have been approved through Council reports;
AND WHEREAS any changes are administrative and house-keeping;
AND WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to licence such operations.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
NIAGARA FALLS ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. (a) That all Lottery Licences and all other associated activities requiring a Lottery Licence are
hereinafter to be licenced and conducted in accordance with the Province of Ontario
Order-in-Council 2688/93, any and all regulations pursuant to Order-in-Council 2688/93.
1. (b) That the fees for the said Licences be contained in Schedule "A".

That this by-law shall come into force upon passing.
3.
That By-law No. 98-68 is hereby repealed.
