It's guided by the Safer Ontario Act, 2018, which requires every municipality to develop and adopt a CSWB Plan. North Bay's Community Safety and Well-Being Plan (CSWBP) is a coordinated cross sector effort to foster a safe, healthy and inclusive community by responding to identified priority risks. Ultimately, CSWB Plans set out to meet locally identified goals, outcomes and objectives through collaborative outputs and actions. ![](/media/00zpexbt/cswb-plan.png?v=638373903103830000) ## CSWB Plan Supplement North Bay's 2025 CSWB Plan Supplement contains supplemental community actions alongside a Municipal Plan. ![](/media/ulraq3dy/cswb-partners.png?v=638373903810870000) ## Community Partners CSWB requires focus and collaboration from a number of community partners. ![](/media/4nxm54sb/cswb-planbulliten.png?v=638245838406800000) ## CSWB Plan News CSWB news and announcements.
