# Refund Policy
Any requests for refund or cancellation should be made in person or in writing and directed to the administrator of the department from which the product or service was originally purchased. In the absence of any formal policy on the matter, any request for refund or cancellation will be subject to managements' approval.
Any refunds issued will be in Canadian Dollars.
