The environment and cost efficiency are taken into consideration along with providing the public with a fair opportunity to obtain this surplus. Surplus means Township assets (furniture, vehicles, equipment, supplies, and other goods and material) that are deemed to be noncurrent, obsolete, worn out, or having no functional use but still may have some economic value.
