## THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PELEE
## BY-LAW 1657
Being a By-law for the regulation of traffic in certain areas of the Township of Pelee.
WHEREAS Section 128(2) of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990 as amended authorizes Council to enact a by-law to prescribe certain areas of speed on municipal highways.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PELEE BY ITS COUNCIL ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the rate of speed for the perimeter of the island along West Shore Road, North Shore Road, East West Road, East Shore Road, and South Shore Road, are to be established at fifty (50) kilometers per hour or as otherwise posted.
