## The Corporation of the Township of Pelee
## By-law No. 1560
Being a by-law to Amend Bylaw 1547 the Township's Comprehensive Zoning By-law.
WHEREAS By-law No. 1547 is the Township's comprehensive zoning by-law regulating the use of lands and the character, location and use of buildings and structures within the Township of Pelee;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pelee deems it expedient and in the best interest of proper planning to further amend by-law No. 1547;
AND WHEREAS this by-law conforms with the Township of Pelee Official Plan;
## NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PELEE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Schedule "A", Map 7 of By-law No. 1547 is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification on the parcel of land depicted on Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law from "Environmental Protection Zone (EP)" to "Environmental Protection Zone (EP-6)".
AND THAT Section 14, Environmental Protection Zone (EP) Regulations, is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection 14.3.6 to immediately follow subsection 14.3.5 and to read as follows:
"14.3.6 Defined Area EP-6 as shown on Schedule "A", Map 7 to this By-law.
- a) Permitted Uses
The uses permitted in subsection 7.1.1 of this By-law in addition to the uses permitted in subsection 14.1.1 of this By-law.
- Permitted Buildings and Other Structures
Buildings and structures permitted in subsection 7.1.2 of this By-law in addition to the buildings and structures permitted in subsection 14.1.2 of this By-law
- c) Zone Provisions
All lot and building requirements for the buildings and structures permitted in subsection 7.1.2 of this By-law shall be in accordance with subsections 7.1.3 to 7.2, inclusive, of this By-law".

AND THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect from the date of passing by Council and shall come into force in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
AND THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on the 15th day of March 1999 in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended and its short title shall be "McCormick Zoning By-law Amendment".
