# Peterborough County Policy Statement
Peterborough County is committed to complying with the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Accessibility for Ontarian's with Disability Act (AODA) and all the standards under it in order to create a barrier-free Ontario.
Peterborough County adopted policies to comply with its responsibility under the AODA. The Accessibility and Customer Service Policy contains schedules for a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (2021-2026).
