By-Law 2026-05 Amending By-Law 2024-05 Property Tax Collection Policy
Please be advised that under ***By-Law 2026-05 Being a By-Law for the Adoption of a Policy to Govern the Collection of Property Tax for the Township of Plummer Additional,*** the following amendment under ***Section 7 - Collection Procedures, subsection "Tax Sales"*** was passed on January 21, 2026:
The procedure to prepare and register a tax arrears certificate against the title to that land within the Muncipality where any part of tax arrears is owing may now take place after **TWO years** of arrears have accumulated.
By-Law No. 2026-05 amends By-Law No. 2024-05.
***This policy is effective immediately, but will be enforced as of January 1, 2027.***

A Fire Ban has been enacted for the Municipality of Bruce Mines ***and*** Plummer Additional effective June 3rd, 2026 at 7:03 p.m. The Fire Ban is in effect until further notice.
**NO** open air burning is permitted, including fireworks.
