The City of Port Colborne joins leading municipalities across Canada in recognizing cultural planning as an essential economic and broader community development tool. Completing an Arts & Culture Master Plan provides the City with a strategy and action plan to leverage its cultural resources. These resources will support a prosperous and sustainable economy, improved quality of life, increased community cohesion and civic pride.
