Alcohol related functions must provide proof of license and $5 million liability insurance naming the County as an additional insured - see Schedule X. C. Payment is due 60 days prior to event. If not received 60 days prior to, the County reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any bookings made within 60 days of the event are due upon booking. D. Cancellation required 60 days prior to event. If cancellation is received within 60 days of event, the refundable deposit will be forfeit and the booking will be refunded at 50% of the rental. E. Damage deposit/cancellation fee refundable if no damage occurs at facility. F. Facilities are not considered reserved until a rental agreement is completed and returned to the County and the Damage/Cancellation deposit has been received. G.
