# Framework for the Peel Region Development Charges Deferral and Grant Program Ensuring the effective and consistent administration of Peel Region's Development Charges Deferral and Grant Program. The Peel Region Development Charges Deferral and Grant Program Framework was established to ensure the effective and consistent administration of Peel Region's development charges (DCs) deferral and grant program, as approved by Peel Region Council on June 26, 2025 (Resolution 2025-495) and amended on July 10, 2025 (Resolution 2025-583). * Outlines the requirements and eligibility criteria for residential development applicants seeking to benefit from the program. * Applies to all eligible residential development applications within Peel Region seeking to benefit from the Council-approved DC deferral and grant program. Eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of this framework.
