BY-LAW NUMBER I05 OT 2024 OF ÏHE CIÏY OF SARNIA "A By-low lo Estoblish Fees for Vorious Permils, Services, ond Privileges for 2025" (Re: Fees for Services) WHEREAS Council is empowered to fix permil fees qnd fees for services of vorious descriptions pursuqnt to the Municipol Act,200l, S.O.200.l , c.25, os omended; AND WHEREAS it is necessory ond desirqble to estoblish those fees for the yeor 2025 by woy of o By-Low. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF SARNIA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: l. The fees for the vorious permits ond services provided by The Corporotion of the City of Sornio for oll motters, including those fees to be estqblished pursuont to the Plonning Act, shqll be os set forth in Schedule "4" of this By-Low. 2. When q pqyment cord is used to moke on online poyment for goods or services, on online service fee will be chorged per tronsoction, in oddition to the originol omount, on o cost-recovery bosis. This fee is non-refundoble. 3. A per-tronsoction online service fee for poyment cord processing is outhorized to be chorged by merchqnt service providers ond/or third-porty service providers, in occordonce with the service ogreements. 4. By-Low Number .l05 of 2023, os omended by By-Low l0 of 2024 ond By-Low 5ó of 2024, or qny other by-lows inconsistent with this By-Low ore hereby repeoled, effective December 3l ,2024. 5.
