# Zoning
The **Zoning By-Law** for the Town of South Bruce Peninsula controls the use of land in our community. Some of the things that are regulated in the by-law are the types of buildings and uses that are permitted, where they can be located, lot sizes, parking requirements, building heights, lot coverage, accessory building requirements and setbacks.
To look up the Zoning of a particular property, please visit Bruce County Maps.
Under the Layers tab
* Select the check box beside Land Use Planning and expand the list by selecting the +
