THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOUTH BRUCE BY-LAW 2021-32 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2015-22 BEING A BY­ LAW TO REGULATE BURNING WITHIN THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOUTH BRUCE WHEREAS the Municipal Act, as amended allows Municipalities to pass by-laws; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce passed, on April 7, 2015, By-law No. 2015-22 being a By-law to Regulate Burning within the Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce deems it necessary to amend By-law No. 2015-22; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce enacts as follows: 1. THAT Municipality of South Bruce By-law Number 2015-22 being a By-law to regulate burning within the Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce is hereby amended by adding the following section; 3.10 No one shall be allowed to have an Open Air Burn (other than a Recreational Fire as described in 3.3 of this by-law) within the urban boundaries in the Municipality of South Bruce as shown on Bruce County Maps. 2. THAT Municipality of South Bruce By-law Number 2015-22 being a By-Law to regulate burning within the Corporation of the Municipality of South Bruce is hereby amended by replacing the following section; 3. Section 1,9, should read "170 litres" vs (170) 4. Section 3.2 , should read "196.8 ft" vs ( 100 ft) That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on its date of passage. THAT THIS BY LAW BE READ, ENACTED, SIGNED AND SEALED THIS 13th DAY OF April, 2021.
