## THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TECUMSEH
## BY-LAW 2015-53
Being a By-law to designate community safety zones in the Town of Tecumseh.
WHEREAS Section 214.1 of the Highway Traffic Act, R. S. O. 1990, c. H.8, as

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TECUMSEH ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
- That the locations in the Municipality designated in Column 1 of Schedule "A" to this By-law for the time shown in Column 2 of said Schedule, are hereby designated as Community Safety Zones.
- That this By-law becomes effective upon the final passing thereof and upon the erection of the signs prescribed in accordance with the said Act.
3. That any By-law inconsistent with this by-law is hereby repealed.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 11t day of August, 2015.
