# Corporate Strategic Plan The Town of The Blue Mountains' Corporate Strategic Plan provides the overall direction that guides how the Town makes decisions, prioritizes projects and delivers services to the community. It sets out the Town's vision, mission, values and key priorities, creating a shared framework that aligns departments and ensures that day-to-day work, long-term planning and major initiatives all support a common corporate direction. Acting as the Town's strategic "north star," the plan connects high-level priorities to action through departmental work plans, budgets and performance measures. Active Strategic Projects --- ## 2026-2027 Corporate Strategic Plan Approved in February 2026, *Our Path Forward,*the 2026-2027 Corporate Strategic Plan sets out the Town's Vision, mission and values, organized around four priority areas: **Accountable and Transparent Government**, **Community for Everyone**, **Resilient Growth** and **Strong and Diverse Economy**. The objectives set out in the plan will be advanced through departmental work plans and supported by the annual budget process to effectively translate strategy into action.
