<!-- image --> ## Recitals - By-law 131-2005, enacted and passed October 17, 2005, is a by-law to regulate and prohibit noise and other nuisances in The City of Thunder Bay. - On May 28, 2018, City Council approved the recommendations of Committee of the Whole dated May 14, 2018, arising out of Report No. R 42/2018 (Licensing and Enforcement). The resolution authorized that amendments be made to the City's Noise By-law No. 131-2005, Schedule A. 3. City Council deems it necessary and expedient to amend By-law 131-2005. ACCORDINGLY, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF THUNDER BAY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. minutes. Schedule "A", Section 10 is amended by deleting five minutes and replacing it with two 2. Schedule "A" Section 10 is amended by adding the following section: 3. (d) the outside temperature is above twenty-seven (27) degrees Celsius or below zero Celsius. 4. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
