THE CITY OF TIMMINS
BY- LAW No. 2022- 8775
Being a by-law to amend by-law 1974-253 and establish the 2023 water and sewer
rates
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the City of Timmins passed City of
Timmins by- law No. 1974- 253 to provide for the management, maintenance and
regulation of the waterworks supply system of the City of Timmins; and
WHEREAS
it is considered desirable to amend City of Timmins By- Law No. 1974- 253
respecting regulating the use of water.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Timmins enacts the
following as a By- Law:
1.
THAT Schedule "A" to City of Timmins By-law No. 1974- 253 be and is hereby replaced
with attached Appendix "A" to this By- law and forming part of By- law No. 1974- 253.
2.
This By- law shall come into force and effect on the date of passage.
READ a first and second time this
15th day of December, 2022.
READ a third and final time and enacted and passed this
15th day of December, 2022.
