# Community Improvement Plan
The Community Improvement Plan (CIP) program allows the Municipality of Trent Hills to provide grants and fee rebates. If you own downtown property or a business within the CIP boundaries in Campbellford, Hastings and Warkworth, you can apply for funding.
Please note: applications and approvals must be completed PRIOR to starting the renovation project.
## CIP projects can include:
* Work on building facades;
* Signage;
* Accessibility; and
* Renovation to upper level residential units.
