That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of passing thereof provided no notice of appeal is filed within twenty (20) days from the date of the giving of notice of the passing of this by-law. In the event that an appeal is filed this by-law shall not come into effect until said appeal is finally disposed of by the Ontario Municipal That By-law No. 77-10 and all amending By-laws thereto, with the exception of By-law No. 03-15, are hereby rescinded. That By-law No. 02-13 is hereby rescinded. That EXHIBIT 'A' (Township of Tyendinaga Zoning By-law) attached to and forming part of this By-law is hereby approved and adopted. as follows: NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Tyendinaga ENACTS AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of yendinaga further considers it advisable to implement the approved policies and designations set forth under the the use of land situated within various defined areas of the Township of Tyendinaga so as to Official Plan of the County of Hastings insofar as is necessary to restrict, prohibit and regulate ensure the proper and orderly development within the Township of Tyendinaga.
