## By-law question or Complaint?

### After hours concerns (safety, parking and noise)
For by-law concerns that are creating a safety hazard outside of regular business hours, please call 905.430.4345. All calls are directed to voicemail to ensure that every detail of your complaint is carefully reviewed before any response is initiated. Kindly note that this line is monitored **only as resources allow**.
Once your detailed voicemail is received, an Officer will evaluate whether your report qualifies for an immediate response. Situations that typically warrant prompt action include:
* After hour noise disturbances
* Parking concerns creating safety hazards, such as obstructed fire routes, blocked fire hydrants, or vehicles parking within the intersection
* Tree being damaged on Town boulevard or in a Town park
* Health and safety issues related to Property Standards, such as falling trees, buildings or structures
* Road occupancy matters that are causing a safety issue
* Construction dust from private residential works
If your complaint meets one of these scenarios, an Officer will follow up as soon as possible. Otherwise, your message will be forwarded to our Enforcement Services department for review and response during regular business hours.
